Hookr scores one daily window from solunar overlap, barometric pressure, wind, dawn and dusk, and tides on coastal spots. You get a 0–100 day score, a time range, and short reason chips. Free covers the first three forecast days. Premium opens all ten. It is a planning score. A catch is never guaranteed.
What is a fishing forecast?
A fishing forecast turns weather and moon position into a bite plan for a specific spot. Hookr combines pressure trend, wind, on-device solunar times, and local fish mood so you can choose a day and a window before you leave the dock. The Android app stores that forecast and recomputes it with no signal.
How do solunar bite times work?
Solunar bite times are major and minor feeding windows estimated from the moon’s transit, antitransit, rise, and set. Hookr calculates them on the phone, including moon phase and illumination. Use the solunar calendar on this site for a quick look, then open the app for a scored best time and optional reminders.
How do tide times affect fishing?
On the coast, moving water often matters as much as the clock. Mark a Hookr spot as coastal and Premium shows NOAA tide predictions for the nearest curated station. Free users can watch a rewarded ad for a short peek. This website previews solunar times only. It is not a nationwide tide table.
Does Hookr list the best fishing spots near me?
No public-lake directory ships with Hookr. You add the spots you already fish by ZIP, place name, or GPS, and each card shows today’s fishing score. Premium ranks those saved spots across ten days and jumps to the strongest spot and day. One spot is free. More spots are Premium.
